Isolation during the holidays

Recently I posted on holidays and MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity).  I discussed things that my family and I have done to survive the holidays when I have so many chemical sensitivities.

Toni Bernard, author of How to Be Sick, has an article in Psychology Today where she discusses when poor health and the holidays collide.  Toni discusses how she deals with the holidays and the isolation that she faces after having to leave the festivities early to retire to her bed from exhaustion.  I find Toni’s article and her tips very helpful.  If you would like to read more, please check out the article here:

May you all find your own ways of coping during the holidays if you suffer from chronic illness.
