Sifting through the Sugar

There has been so much talk about sugars.  Which are safe, which are not.  For awhile everyone was pushing Agave and now they say it isn’t as good for you as they once thought.  Recently I read a post by Andrea Fabry -From Our Health Journey.  Another look at sugars.

  1. I liked this article for its clarity. There seems to be a lot of dis-information on sugar lately. I can’t use most of the artificial sweeteners because of seizure risk, so I stick with regular can sugar. I don’t think we go overboard on our own. Primarily, we use it in coffee, hot or iced tea. I try to cook naturally and not buy a lot of pre-packaged foods since they usually contain added sugar or way too much sodium.
