Happy St. Patrick’s Day
Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you all. I remember the days when my husband and I would eat corned beef and cabbage on this special day. Over time, I lost the ability to have cabbage (then got it back), lost the spices (still can’t eat most of them) and my husband had a heart attack and can’t have the salt. So what are we having today?
HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY TO YOU– KATHERN!!! We had baked fish– & roasted brussel sprouts in balsamic vinegar– roasted yellow potatoes & onions & garlic-& yellow & red & green peppers– – & roasted cauliflower & also flavored water & we have enough left overs for supper!!! Oh– I remember the days– of eating most anything & drinking green beer—I guess I should be glad we wised up– or what ever & those days are over!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 hee hee
That sounds delicious. I need to get to Whole Foods and get some more veggies. And thank you for your compliment on my towel as well.
P.S. I love your embroidered St. Pat’s tea towel also!!!!!
