AUG 12, ’14– NEVER LOOSE HOPE!!!!

Sonda, Thank you for bringing this out in the forefront. I remember in the very worst of my illness telling a friend that I knew what brought people to want to commit suicide. It is a very deep pain that you cannot describe. I was not about to take my life but at that point understood the pain.

We need to continue to reach out to others and be there for them. Sometimes all it takes is a hand or a smile.

About sondasmcschatter

I was encouraged to start a blog as I suffer from MCS /multi chemical sensitivities & other health problems & I have helped several hundred others who suffer from MCS set up “Safe Homes” & given them encouragement & HOPE & share information & lots of laughs along the way also. 3. Bravely and beautifully said Kathryn. ❤ I too have never attempted suicide but when the chemicals are hijacking my emotions — I certainly understand how someone without a support system could. That's why your book and your blog presence are so important. Sonda certainly did a fab job articulating the balance of suffering and hope MCS sufferers live with every day. 😀 And Stephanie's post was the ray of sunshine I needed. <3.

  4. It makes me sad when people feel pain so deeply that they don’t feel like they have any options. I am sorry you understand that pain. I think everyone with a chronic illness has approached that dark feeling to some degree. Thank you for your support for for your continuing efforts in creating awareness – awareness of MCS and also awareness of so many other things that go along with chronic illness.

  5. It is hard to crawl out of that dark hole – glad you were able to crawl out and now you are a light to a lot of people.
